Covering 440,000 square metres, the development of Clarence Dock will be one of the largest developments in the city of Leeds.

The project form part of a £150m, fifteen-acre development, which will transform the Leeds waterfront into a unique mixed use environment to include apartments, offices, retail outlets and leisure complex; all wrapped around the existing Clarence Dock and Royal Armouries museum.
