Rabobank | 105m high skyscraper in Utrecht
The new Rabobank headquarter is currently
being built in Utrecht, Netherlands. The 28-storey building
includes two 105m high towers, that are joined in the middle, and a
car park with approx. 600 parking spaces.
The building was designed by the team of architects Kraaijvanger •
Urbis and is one of the greenest buildings in the Netherlands due
to its unique glass facade, special insulation system and exclusive
hot-and-cold-storage system.
The main contractors, Heijmans and J.P. van Eesteren used the SMB
S-System, Posts and the new Multi Foot for the edge protection of
this 56.000m² project.
Started in 2007, the new headquarter will be completed in
2010.
